If you are not a current client with Palm Beach Education Solutions, you will need to create an account in order to schedule your initial consultation. Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation. To schedule your free 30 minute phone consultation through our online portal, click here. Once we have spoken to you and you have selected a package option, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Complete Client Intake Form. You will need to complete a Client Intake Form Request by clicking here. Please make sure you provide an active email address as we will send your forms through email.
Step 3: Submit Payment. You will receive an emailed invoice from Pay Pal with a $25 one-time file set up fee and your total package fee. PBES accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that you do not need a Pay Pal account to submit your payment online. We also accept cash, check, and Zelle for your convenience.
Step 4: Check Your Email. You will receive our "Getting Started" and "Client Intake Form" which will provide you with further instructions. If you have selected Package B or C, you will also receive a "Client-Advocate Agreement." Please complete all forms, scan and email them to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
